Consumer Confidence: Expectations Collapse

The November Conference Board Consumer Confidence Survey shows gloom lingering longer than expected, with the headline index falling 2.0 points (Consensus: +1.2 points; Decision Economics: +4.1 points), on a 0.6-point decline in the present situation index and a 2.9-point fall in the expectations.
