U.S. Economy: Still Stuck or a “Cyclical Bounce?”

Allen Sinai and Andrew Husby

A significant pickup in third quarter real GDP and a strong Employment Report for October indicate that the U.S. economy is no longer stuck in a rut.  At the least, a cyclical bounce up in overall growth has emerged and perhaps a higher pace of activity that will be sustained.
