ISM Non-Manufacturing, ADP: Labor Market Improvement on Track

The October ISM Non-Manufacturing Survey meets expectations, falling 1.5 points to 57.1 (Consensus: -0.6 point, to 58.0; DE: +0.4 point). The soft headline was stronger under the surface, components generally holding at solid levels, complete with a strengthening in the key employment index that signals robust hiring entering Q4.
