Consumer Confidence: Choppy, Near Recent Highs
The November Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index continues a string of choppy results at high post-recession levels, falling 5.4 points to 88.7 (Consensus: +1.5 point to 96.0; DE: +1.3 points), as both the present situation (-3.1 points to 91.3) and expectations index (-6.8 points to 87.0) slipped.
